For safety and security reasons, we conduct mandatory screening of passengers, baggage and cargo on all our flights operating between Samoa and American Samoa. We reserve the right to refuse carriage of any item on a person or in a carry-on or checked baggage that we consider might pose a security risk and may endanger the aircraft and persons onboard.

We also reserve the right to deny boarding to any passenger under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances and will report such incidents to the local authorities. In all such cases, we will treat the passenger as having no-showed on his or her flight booked and shall apply our no-show policy accordingly.
