Check-In

Due to heightened security measures worldwide and to ensure we get your flight off on time as scheduled, we request that you check-in at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.

Our check-in counters will close 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight to allow us to complete flight documentations and clearances required by government and aviation authorities to safely dispatch your flight on time. Kindly note that we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any passenger who turns up for check-in after the flight has closed, even if the aircraft is still at the gate and has not departed.

Failure to check in on time can result in the Airline treating you as a no-show passenger. This can lead to additional costs for you in the form of cancellation fees and fare upgrades.
